Our Programs
One reaches students before the starting line is set. The other closes the gap for adults already standing at it.
Mobile first is not a feature in Africa. It is the default reality. We meet students on the device they have and build them toward the environment the work actually happens in.
Companies hiring remotely keep finding capable candidates who are not remote ready. The Remote Ready Program closes that specific gap in four weeks, and then measures whether it closed.
The Assessment
Candidates complete real remote work tasks and are scored against the same rubric at entry and at exit, so improvement is a measurement rather than an impression.

SankoLabs graduates are connected to global professionals who have walked the path they are beginning. Mentorship runs virtually, so a mentor anywhere in the world can take the call. Mentorship is not optional. It is part of the program.
Live sessions with global professionals across tech, design, sales, and operations.
Small cohort groups meet regularly with a dedicated mentor for accountability and guidance.
Graduates can be matched with an individual mentor for a continuing relationship afterwards.
