Introducing From the Inside
We launched From the Inside, a speaker series for SankoLabs cohorts. Each session brings in a professional working inside a global organization: thirty minutes on what they have learned from doing the work, then thirty minutes of questions from our participants. No polish and no recruiting pitch.

Cohort Nkiru Begins
Cohort Nkiru is underway. Its candidates came to us by referral from a talent partner, which is the intake the Remote Ready Program is built around: an organization sends us people it is already working with, we prepare and measure them, and they return to that organization. SankoLabs prepares and assesses candidates. We do not place them.

Cohort Asaawa Begins
Our first cohort is underway. Candidates are completing coursework and structured assessments on the SankoLabs Academy platform.

SankoLabs Receives 501(c)(3) Status
The Internal Revenue Service granted SankoLabs tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3), classified as a public charity, effective retroactively to May 5, 2026. Donations to SankoLabs are now tax-deductible. EIN 42-2414788.
