For Students and Candidates
Is the program free?
Yes. Our programs are delivered at no cost to the young people we serve.
Do I need a laptop?
No. Our Youth Bootcamp is designed mobile first, so a smartphone is enough to participate. We build toward computer literacy from there.
What if my internet is unreliable?
Our curriculum is built for real conditions. Materials are downloadable for offline use, live sessions are kept short to reduce data consumption, and nothing requires an app download.
Who is the Youth Bootcamp for?
Students ages 16 to 18 in Ghana and Nigeria.
Who is the Remote Ready Program for?
Adults preparing for remote employment with global teams.
How do I apply?

For Talent Platforms and Employers
Do you place candidates?
No. We prepare candidates, assess them, and document what they can do. Placement partners take it from there. We are the readiness layer, not a placement agency.
How do you assess readiness?
Through the Remote Readiness Simulation. Candidates complete real work tasks scored against a defined rubric, first at entry and again at exit. The result is a measured record of improvement rather than a self-reported claim.
What is in the endorsement letter?
A scored summary showing each candidate’s baseline and exit performance across every rubric area, so you can see the change rather than take our word for it.

Are donations tax-deductible?
Yes. SankoLabs is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, EIN 42-2414788. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
Where does my money go?
Contributions fund curriculum development, mentor coordination, data stipends that keep students connected, and program delivery on the ground in Ghana and Nigeria.
Can my employer match my donation?
Possibly. If your employer runs a workplace giving or matching program, you can search for SankoLabs and give through payroll. Many large employers participate.
How can I get involved beyond giving?
We are always looking for mentors.
